POLITICAL CAREER

A former member of the Michigan House Senator Kowall is also a former small business owner. Kowall lost in 2002 to former Senator Nancy Cassis by a mere 88 votes. He won the August 2010 primary in the 15th District by besting five other GOP candidates.
